I had purchased several lip balm to give to family/friends for Christmas. They never showed up so I contacted Goose Lips, explained the situation and asked for a refund. Not only did they refund my money, they resent the order with another carrier and didn't charge me. You can't get customer service any better than that.

Hands down, the best lip balm I’ve ever tried! The scent/flavor won me right away, but after wearing overnight and waking up to super soft and hydrated lips, I'm hooked!!! It’s rich but not greasy, actually sinks in instead of just sitting on top, and lasts way longer than most balms I’ve used. And it have a waxy feel either.
